These GfK Terms & Conditions of Service apply to any custom research services (the “Services”) undertaken by GfK MarketWise Ltd. (“GfK”) for the client under the agreement which is comprised of the relevant scope of work, relevant fees and these GfK Terms & Conditions of Service (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is between the client and GfK and is effective on the date specified in the Agreement.
