Online spendings in Wallonia during the first quarter of 2017 increased by more than 10 percent compared to the same period last year. In Flanders the increase was set to 4.5 percent, bringing Belgian online spendings for this first quarter of 2017 to 2.44 billion euros. The Belgian remains a fan of online shopping. Especially services like airline tickets and accommodation remain extremely popular online.
