Job Description

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support to the Manager in achieving revenue budget, through maximizing the revenue opportunities of existing and new client base
  • Provide expert opinion on media research analysis to support Sales when selling to engaging clients
  • Participate and support sales pitches
  • Providing support to the Manager to ensure clients’ renewals are planned on time where required
  • Manage deliveries and improve relationship with clients during contract duration
  • Deliver presentations/insights to client on regular basis
  • Provide support in client inquiries or requests from the clients
  • Work closely with QM (Quality Management) team to improve and maintain data quality
  • Ensure reports to clients are delivered on time and according to the frequency subscribed
  • Work closely with Field teams to maintain high level of data accuracy

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Good in excel and powerpoint, data analysis skill
  • Interest in media research and measurement development
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
  • Thorough with a strong attention to detail
  • Responsible and take ownership of issues
  • At least 1.5 to 2 years of market/media research experience
