Job Description

As an Intern/Working student (m/f/d) in Global Human Resources, you will be part of a team that sees itself as a modern key support function for our business at our headquarters in Nuremberg. You will get to know the workflows of the operative HR day-to-day business as well as concepts, processes and tools of strategic HR work.

Your Tasks:

  • Support with recruitment, onboarding and supervision of interns and working students

  • Support of personnel marketing and accompaniment of internal and external events

  • Expansion of cooperation with colleges and universities

  • Establishment of an internal wiki as a source of information on all topics relating to internships at GfK

  • Participation in HR projects in the planning and implementation phase

Your Profile:

  • experience in the field of human resources is desirable; an affinity for recruiting and personnel marketing topics is important.

  • Motivated, I have quick comprehension

  • enjoy working in projects and teams, dealing with people – adaptable, open-mindedness

  • Very good organizational skills as well as an independent, careful and goal-oriented way of working

  • Creativity, commitment and very good communication skills

  • Overall: Enrichment for the HR Team

This is a (paid) part-time work student vacancy of maximum 20 hours per week with flexibility of working days to be discussed at interview.
