Job Description

Purpose of the role

The HR Services team is the single point of delivery for all HR operational matters. This position manages the regional HR services team and hub, partners with the HR community and internal stakeholders, manages projects to centralize, streamline processes in order to expand the scope of services throughout the region. This includes also new/current technology, enhancement of employee programs, support of HR initiatives, audits, implementation and support of policies and procedures. In addition, the HR Services Manager should be able to identify trends, process improvements and system needs by engaging all stakeholders and the Digital Solutions team to troubleshoot, orchestrate and implement improvements

As an HR Services Manager - Central & Eastern Europe and HRS Hub you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Manages the regional HR Services team of HR Specialists and HR Generalists across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of services while meeting SLA’s and measuring KPI’s

  • Establish and develop the Hub structure in line with the HR strategy

  • Manage the handover of activities to the Hub by countries in scope. Document processes E2E

  • Establish the service portfolio for each country depending on scope, size and needs

  • Ensure the delivery of HR-related services while meeting SLAs and measuring KPIs, manage country requests and escalations

  • Establish business continuity plan and coverage for each country in scope. Implement back-up strategy

  • Lead a results driven team, responsible for team readiness and manages performance

  • Management of knowledge base and training to ensure HR Services readiness in responding to broad HR subject matter, consistently and accurately in case management, resolution and responses

  • Leads projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region to implement and manage the Regional HR Services support model  

  • Partners internally and externally to drive HR initiatives such as; system implementations/upgrades, annual pay and review cycles, employee programs, audits, policies and procedures, etc.

  • Ensuring ongoing regional operational communication to management and employees regarding HR matters, policies and programs

  • Identifying and raising issues to local HR Business Partners and/or wider HR Services & Digital Solutions team to achieve better efficiency for HR tasks in the countries

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in leading a multicultural team and business process roll out

  • Broad HR background

  • Self-driven and responsible person with ability to adhere to deadlines

  • Customer oriented, able to build productive relationships 

  • Outstanding people management skills - motivates and inspires others

  • Excellent communicator and influencer

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with hands on approach

  • Proactive and positive attitude

  • Fluent English language skills – both written and spoken

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Workday Experience is a plus
