Job Description

Client Servicing  

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with one of the most important digital media company in the world on prospect list of advertisers / campaigns
  • Support GfK promote and explain our campaign measurement solutions (CPA/BL) and be the local spokesperson for this offer
  • Be the first liaison point for the local advertising client
  • Create regular communication / client servicing processes with the client and Facebook
  • Work with the Regional KAM to ensure wider team are updated
  • Build positive relationships with local media clients and the selected advertising clients

Project Management

  • Liaise with selected advertisers / agencies on campaign and project requirements (ie. Spend thresholds, types of campaigns)
  • Collect all the required media data per campaign (media plan)
  • Work with the GfK global teams and Hubs to notify of upcoming campaigns
  • Work with the local advertiser and HUB to apply tagging where relevant to the campaigns
  • Validate and check all processes are in operation correctly during campaign process

Product Delivery

  • Manage the client checklist process and the end advertiser
  • The delivery of results is automated in the HUB – this person needs to verify and add additional insight / context to the results
  • Check that the key results (reach, un-duplicated reach etc.) make sense
  • Present the results to the client and to the end advertiser

Wider Requirements

  • Champion the Campaign Measurement solutions to the market
  • Understand the wider Integrated Solutions offer
  • Work with Netquest and GfK local team to build up wider reputation
  • Build the Integrated Solutions / Campaign Measurement beyond the client relationship
