Job Description

The purpose of this role is to play an instrumental role building the MCI business in Egypt, accelerating top line (revenue) and delivering profitable growth.  The foundation of this will be in helping existing and new clients to unlock answers key business questions and ultimately fuel growth.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director for Egypt and in full collaboration with the local sales team, the senior manager will help with the design and delivery of client centric solutions – with a focus on the tech and durables, lubricants and retail industries.

The senior manager will also be accountable for the local execution of a global tracking programme for a major clients.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey-based research services projects through:

  • Receiving and understanding client brief
  • Developing research design, proposal and prepare budget/cost
  • Contributing to contract negotiation
  • Briefing and training field staff
  • Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide
  • Analyzing data and information
  • Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
  • Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
  • Analyzing and evaluating results
  • Controlling costs/budgeting

  • Act as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
  • Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
  • Continuous monitoring of country team output to ensure executional excellence:  project management, questionnaire design, technical excellence, reporting deliverables

Delegate tasks and follow up - give clear briefings, monitor and provide feedback against expectations
