In a direct reporting line to the Regional President - Consumer Panel (CP), Media Measurement (MM) & Netquest (NQ) the Project Manager to the Regional President CP/MM/NQ will support (strategic) business projects and tasks on a global scale across these relevant 'solution' areas of our research business. Operating in a fast paced and agile environment, the Project Manager to the Regional President CP/MM/NQ will oversee a variety of coordination, tracking, monitoring and report tasks across these business areas and become a key enabler of business area strategy whilst also actively contributing to future operational decision making within CP/MM/NQ.
Your tasks and responsibilities will vary, but will encompass the following:
Support CPMMNQ projects in the context of GfK on a global scale and across functions
Develop content for and ensure professional coordination of workshops, (strategy) meetings and events
Take responsibility in the preparation of (Executive Leadership) Meetings including tracking, monitoring and following the progress of open actions
Lead / contribute to projects which fall under the responsibility of the Regional President
Prepare special or one-time reports, decision papers, summaries or replies to inquiries by selecting, analyzing and presenting relevant information from a variety of sources
Contribute in the preparation of communication content on a range of topics
Establish and maintain strong work relationships to colleagues across the organization
Work professionally with external relations
You are a committed, outgoing person with strong analytical skills, logical and structured working methods, drive and a “can do” attitude. You have the ability to communicate with a wide range of target groups. In dealing with everyday challenges, you focus on solutions in a flexible manner with a service-oriented and professional attitude. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international working environment.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience in an international business environment
Experience with the structure of a global organization
High level of integrity and ability to work independently and deal with highly confidential information
Attention to detail with a constant focus on quality results and deliverables
High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professional appearance under pressure
High level of verbal and written English proficiency.
