Mission of the role
As a Digital Audience Measurement Expert you will be a key contributor to delivering a world-class digital audience measurement service. You will help our global clients understand users’ digital consumption habits and behaviors (web and mobile applications usage) so that they can take timely and profitable business decisions. Once you grow your expertise in our Big Data processing tools and data assets, and will become a reliable partner to internal data users, development teams and management in day-to-day operations and service development and improvement.
As a Digital Audience Measurement Expert you will have the following key accountabilities:
Operate and monitor GfK’s media measurement data production platform and the related software tools
Ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data processes and deliveries
Provide support to internal clients, solve data incidents and help users understand data structure and patterns
Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts to answer business and operational questions effectively
Work closely with global technical support and engineering teams to resolve data incidents and support the development of new capabilities
Now that you know what a Digital Audience Measurement Expert does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
Prior experience in market research or a similar field
Prior experience with data and process monitoring, and/or data quality management
Understanding of data query tools (e.g. SQL, SPSS, R)
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical mindset and data details attitude
Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, global environment
