Job Description

Netquest is part of GfK and is among the most advanced and innovative digital data collection specialists worldwide in the market research and analytics industry.

We are now looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager who wants to develop his or her professional career in a dynamic and innovative company. 

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for finding the right lead contacts to offer Netquest’s services and products via our main platforms. In coordination with the Senior Sales Manager, you will connect with them to set up a first commercial meeting and follow-up.

You will assist the tasks related to the prospection activity: Qlik consultation, Hubspot updating, management and sending of required support material, coordination with marketing to adapt material to local markets. In addition, you will assist with the management of key accounts: sales follow-up, new product introduction, business performance monitoring and interaction with the Operational Hubs.

Requirements

  • Graduate in BA, Marketing, Sociology, Economics, etc
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or a Commercial role
  • Results oriented individual, able to detect and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Proactive, with a strong passion for problem-solving, market research, and data analysis.
  • Excellent English both written and spoken (French and/or German a plus)
  • Good teamwork, organization and management skills
  • Perfection- driven, detail- oriented individual
