Job Description

An Account Executive at GfK Etilize will be part of successful team of ecommerce solution experts that have been providing solutions to a range of the industries requirements for over 20 years. The customer base ranges from ecommerce resellers of all sizes from SMBs to the industries leaders and includes retail, government, and industrial accounts. In addition, GfK Etilize works with manufacturers and vendors globally to source the product content that drives the business.

You will be exposed to a wide range of use cases and work with large global support groups that provide an unparcelled level of customer services that is a key differentiator of our business. You will be working with the leaders of the industry. You will be working with experienced account managers to learn the details of how we provide winning solutions and great service.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support sales team with client support, follow up, and quoting
  • Assist with new business targeting to help find and win new accounts for GfK Etilize
  • Support sales with strategic account management for new and existing business.
  • Coordinate and consult with internal matrix partners to deliver the right solution(s) to solve specific customer problems and achieve customer business objectives.
