Job Description

As a Process Implementation Project Manager, you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Follow project timetables and coordinate progress on projects with international teams and stakeholders

  • Setup and perform different projects on different countries

  • Gather requirements from local and global teams and roll out a globally harmonized process landscape

  • Monitor and measure KPIs post implementation to ensure product quality

  • Develop process workflow and design in compliance with company requirements

  • Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics

  • Provide trainings on implemented processes if required / needed

  • Provide process concepts and documentations

  • Work together in cross-functional and international teams

  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices

  • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness

You are a personality with strong oral and written communication skills. We work in a highly collaborative global environment. You have the following professional requirements:

  • Strategy and process development experience in an international environment

  • Change management experience

  • Process and project management experience

  • Fluency in English and German (spoken & written)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work within deadlines

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology (advantage)

  • Software development experience (advantage)
