Our recruiters will pre-screen all the CVs we receive and may call you to clarify any questions, or for a short phone interview. The time we need for this process depends on the number of applications we receive, however we will get back to you with a response as soon as possible.
Pre-selected candidates will be invited to one or, in some cases, two interviews. If possible these take place face-to-face, but may also take place online or over the phone. Our interviews are 'behavior based'. This means we will ask you questions about your experiences and evaluate your behavior in your responses, to help us determine if you're the right person for the job.
It is not only important for us to get to know you, but we will also to give you as many insights as possible into life at GfK. Please dare to ask us your questions - we are happy to answer them! In some cases, tests might be applied during the selection process. This depends on the position we're hiring for.
