Qualitative research department Junior Manager/Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initial information processing and analysis for reports preparation
  • In-depth interviews conducting
  • Texts translation and formating
  • Assisting to managers in project preparation, organization and coordination 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze market research results and present insightful conclusions
  • English - Upper-intermediate level

Junior client service Manager in Consumer Panel research department

Core Competencies & Background:

  • Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Sociology, Marketing, Economics
  • Good presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze market research results and present insightful conclusions
  • Interests in FMCG field
  • Confident PC user (Power Point, Excel)
  • English - Upper-intermediate level

Main Responsibilities:

  • Final check of data quality
  • Presentations for mid/top-management client side preparation
  • Ensure exceptional level of client service

Client Service Manager

Core Competencies & Background:

  • Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Cybernetics, Mathematics, Informatics, Economic, Marketing or close discipline
  • Ability to analyze market research information and present insightful conclusions
  • Experience in analytical projects conducting
  • Experience in working with programming tools
  • Ability to multitask in attending to different client's needs
  • Ability to pay attention to details in taking client's requests
  • Advanced MS Office tools. SPSS,R, SQL will be an advantage
  • English - Upper -intermediate level

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client's technical and analytical support
  • Software and data support
  • Implementing new features and technologies
  • Training for clients conducting
  • Providing guidance and consultations via phone/email

Administrative Assistant to the Head of the department

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Economics , Marketing or equivalent
  • 1year+ in a similar position
  • English - upper intermediate level

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the Head of the department
  • Financial documentation and reports processing
  • Arrangement of events/launches/trainings as well as marketing activities
  • Assisting with administrative overflow of the department
