As a Consultant you will have the following key accountabilities:
Be (co-)responsible for all project steps, from initial dialogue with the client, brief and proposal to generating valuable insights, from the survey set up and the quality control to providing actionable recommendations, the final report and presentation
Applying our state-of-the-art solutions, exchanging with Marketing Science on advanced analytics and more advantages of a global company
Be real expert and source of inspiration for our clients, act as trusted partner to our clients, experienced in understanding client’s needs and identifying their issues
Now that you know what a Consultant (m/f/d) does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
Bachelor´s/ Master´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology or equivalent experience
At least 2 years experience in consulting
Strong methodological skills related to research and analytic projects
Passion about figures and finding the story behind, knowledge of market research industry and statistics
Enthusiasm about brand & communication and a good understanding of online and offline media mechanisms
Sound knowledge of tools and solutions in brand and communication research
Eagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a timeline
Excellent German and very good English language skills
Advanced MS Office user
