Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative student to join our marketing team and drive marketing campaign coordination, with a focus on social media, user communications and events organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students passionate about marketing and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to marketing initiatives, including events coordination, and logstics.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage thought leadership content and campaign assets into engaging content for social media including posts, stories, and multimedia assets to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement, working in collaboration with the COE digital team.
  • Provide support in project management and campaign execution.
  • Support the optimization and delivery of regular user communication across all stages of the user journey.
  • Assist in preparing monthly user communications, release updates, and client roadmaps.
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent onboarding journey for new users through off and on-platform activities.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as conferences, product launches, and webinars, working closely with the COE team
  • Provide administrative support for various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Must be a team player, and continuous looking to learn and innovate.
