Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team, assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process to support the company's hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR partners to identify and attract top talent. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs.

  • Provide feedback to enhance future hiring strategies.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies with support from Senior Recruiters.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update stakeholders regularly.

  • Assist in addressing recruitment challenges.

  • Incorporate Employee Value Proposition into candidate interactions.

  • Participate in employer branding activities.

  • Manage recruitment roles efficiently.

  • Process data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the recruitment.

  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
