Job Description

You will...

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Acts with customers in mind
  • Familiar with e-commerce business.
  • Should be able to differentiate between manufacturers, brands, vendors.
  • Familiar with product classification and production environment.
  • Should be able to demonstrate good internet searching techniques.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns about products.
  • Excellent knowledge about coding processes.
  • Knowledge of quality control and audit validation.
  • Able to work on flexible timings as required by the business.
  • Work with the Production team leads on resolution of JIRA Support Tickets
  • Co-ordinate customer’s products requests with Production Leads
  • Communicate effectively with customer support team via email, telephone
  • Should have the ability to manage all JIRAs and co-ordinate with cross functional departments to ensure timely resolution of JIRA.
  • Communicate effectively with customer support team via email or telephone  
  • An experience of JIRA administration for handling tickets will be preferred

You have...

  • Advanced knowledge of CMS/Burraq, Opsi and JIRA platforms
  • Good hand-on knowledge of excel/word
  • Intermediate English (particularly written)
  • Should have a bachelor's degree.
