Job Description
Als Senior Accountant/ Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), befristet auf 18 Monate, im Accounting Germany übernehmen Sie die selbständige fachliche Betreuung und Optimierung der Rechnungswesenprozesse. Außerdem werden Sie in Projektarbeiten und Sonderaufgaben eingebunden. Die Position umfasst insbesondere folgende Hauptaufgaben:
Gesamtheitliche fachliche Durchführung und Gestaltung der Rechnungswesenprozesse im Rahmen der monatlichen Abschlusserstellung nach IFRS und HGB
Bearbeitung von bilanziellen Sonderaufgaben (z. B. Bewertung Finanzanlagen, Bilanzierung von Bewertungseinheiten und Derivaten)
Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Richtlinien in Abstimmung mit diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern
Überprüfung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse auf materielle und formelle Richtigkeit und auf die Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien
Analyse und Auswertung der Abschlüsse
Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzierungsfragen
Projektarbeit bei organisatorischen Umstrukturierungen sowie bei der Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen im internationalen Kontext
Ihr Profil:
Sie sind eine engagierte sowie kunden- und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit. Neben einer selbstständigen und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise zählen gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis zu Ihren Stärken. Zudem zeichnet Sie eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf verschieden Managementebenen aus.
Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:
Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Studienschwerpunkt Accounting; alternativ eine entsprechend Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting und insbesondere zu den Themen Jahresabschlusserstellung und Bilanzierung sowie Rechnungswesen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen allgemein sowie in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS
Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen insbesondere SAP-ERP (Modul FI)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
