Job Description

The Research Project Manager, FTC will join the NL Advanced Solutions Team (AST), working primarily with advanced analytics and ad hoc solutions. We help our clients with their small and big questions by offering relevant and useful solutions and advice regarding changing consumer behaviour. Reporting to our Project Management Lead also based in Breda, the Research Project Manager, FTC will build relevant questionnaires, closely collaborate and consult with the Shopper Client Teams on methodical integration, conception & implementation of survey research.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for the process and content of the surveys (project management)
  • Transform client briefings into research briefings for the internal organization
  • Perform well-structured research, from a purposeful questionnaire to the selection of the correct target group, organization of scripting, fieldwork and data production as well as preparation of client deliverables
  • Regularly contact with clients as well as in the preparing phase as during the fieldwork and at the final presentation
  • Work closely together with consultants and (senior) research project managers and support to give insights to manufacturers and retailers on shopping behaviour

You Have:

  • A University degree, preferably in market research, social sciences or business administration
  • Previous experience in building research questionnaires
  • Experience in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Experience in SPSS essential, experience in R desirable
  • An interest in the FMCG/Food industry.
  • Competent project management skills and experience
  • An analytical mindset and creativity and innovative thinking
  • Strong communication and contact skills, with a motivating and inspiring effect on others and act in a customer-oriented way
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year

Based in our new office in Breda with hybrid working arrangement (typically x2 days per week in office)
