We deliver data of fast-moving consumer goods consumption in family by collecting daily purchases in our panel composed by around 15.000 panel lists. These data are processed by our software procedures and delivered to our clients.
We are searching for a new graduated or with a first job experience to introduce into our Operation Team in a position with great professional growth opportunity.
The Quality & Methodology Professional plays a key role within our Data Processing Operations team in contributing to efficient data processing, methodology and quality practice. Reporting to our Operations Director also based in Milan and working closely alongside the Data Processing Supervisor, the Quality & Methodology Professional contributes significantly to the design, development and process of statistical data checking, ensuring excellent quality standards in line with our GfK Standardized Global Guidelines.
Analyse collected data to monitor panel lists’ performances and the quality of information recorded.
Analyse processed/delivered data (i.e. trends, coverages) and design- manage suitable data check reports, through specific KPIs to be monitored over time.
Identify areas of improvement in data collection, data processing, data calibration, data analysis, proposing appropriate solutions in line with GfK guidelines.
Liaise with the international Methodology team to share and discuss development proposals, in compliance with methodology guidelines
Support the development of software procedures to manage data processing (data cleaning, weighting factors process, data calibration, data checks) with appropriate methodologies related to Panel research.
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics or similar.
Knowledge of software programming concepts and one of these languages: Python, SAS, R, SQL or similar.
Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
Strong analysis and synthesis skills.
Orientation to internal and external customer satisfaction.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract vacancy.
