Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain e-learning modules, courses, and materials using e-learning authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to storyboard content and ensure it meets learning objectives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement feedback and revisions to e-learning content based on GLT review, user feedback, and analytics.
  • Maintain and update existing e-learning modules/courses as needed.
  • Create interactive and multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and animations to enhance learning experiences.
  • Stay current with e-learning trends, technologies, and the content-creation platform's evolving features to incorporate the latest innovations into training materials.
  • Manage and organize training materials and resources efficiently.
  • Participate in QA processes to ensure courses function properly. Maintain a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in training content. Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-learning design processes and standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Technology/Computer Science, or a related field.                                                                                                   


  • 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.


  • Proficiency in English, particularly written.
  • Ability to convert complex content into learner-friendly modules.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia principles.
  • Familiarity with Content/Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with product content catalogs or similar industry experience is a plus.
