Job Description

The Panel Management Specialist works for a business we are very proud of: our Household Panel. Joining the team that works with top food manufacturers, drinks companies and leading retailers, you will help design research to solve real business problems. We @ GfK panel team believe in being a trusted source of information and actions for our clients!

You will be responsible for communicating with Panel households. You will communicate with CATI team to recruit, train and increase the activity of households, according to Consumer Panel Services rules.

You will: 

  • Be responsible for organizing the activity of collecting data for Consumer Panel, he/ she is responsible for communicating with Panel households. 

  • Processes weekly KPI for the activity of households and sends to CATI team the list of households which have to be called;

  • Maintain the relationship with the Logistics Operator, CATI Team, Dictionary Team;

  • Prepare materials for communicating and instructing the households (online and offline);

  • Use all communication channels with households (email, push notification, sms, letter);

  • Prepare the field reports at the internal and external client's request;

  • Solve any problems that appear on the project.

You have:

  • University degree in either Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience in a similar position, or in Market research field;

  • Communication and team worker skills.

  • The ability to liaise and discuss with multiple parties, to take on board and handle the differences to each piece of work, often at the same time - you are good in planning, organization and coordinating.

  • Experience with MS Office skills.

  • English - B2 level.

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills: why does data come out like it does, what needs to be changed to get the data as it wished for
