Job Description

  • Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content for various communication channels, including monthly newsletters, weekly bulletins, web member portal updates, email campaigns, and other ad-hoc materials. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and tailored to the preferences of our panel members.

  • Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost potential new panel member interest and engagement through creative and relevant content. This includes crafting stories, updates, and insights that resonate with our audience.

  • Response Management: Effectively address queries and concerns from panel members through email and other communication channels. Provide timely and accurate responses, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

  • Content Calendar: Create and/or manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and communications to our panel members. Monitor and adapt to changing needs and trends.

  • Database maintenance: Conduct panel member database maintenance and quality control validations from time to time.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as market researchers, data processing, and technical teams, to gather insights and information for content creation.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for member engagement.

  • Familiarity with market research and consumer panels is advantageous.

  • Having prior experience with Zendesk customer support software, along with a background in project management and strong customer service skills, is a distinct advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
