Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Marketing and Communication Specialist with a strong background in market research to join our dynamic team. This role combines the skills of a strategic marketer with strong knowledge in market research.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the continuous development of the voice of Netquest brand and implementation across all media and marketing channels and will be responsible for utilizing creative writing skills and conceptual ability to transform complex business concepts into clear, on-brand stories that enhance Netquest’s awareness for current and prospective clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Create engagement communications for various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead social media strategy to boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and adjust communication strategies based on market dynamics and feedback.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Identify industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into marketing strategies.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate competitors' communication strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates on industry trends and competitor developments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align communication strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, media, and industry influencers.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communication analysis.
  • Essential for this position is to have previous market research experience or to have used various research methodologies, data analysis tools, and communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate market insights into communication planning.
  • Strong skills in copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent level in Spanish and English.
