Job Description

The “(Junior) Analysis Specialist” in the GSC MM Hub is working independently on standardized and custom analysis products using the MM Integrated Solutions and other partner data, in accordance with the clients’ requirements. He or she should be eager to dig into big data to extract insightful information out of it, and should be prepared to work with online and offline tools for data manipulation such as SQL, R, Excel and/or SPSS.

You will:

  • Work independently on data analytics for standardized and ad-hoc MM Integrated Solutions products
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
  • Work with massive datasets coming from different data sources 
  • Prepare the data for different marketing campaigns analysis, reporting on standardized KPIs
  • Work with online and offline tools and applications for data manipulation such as SQL, R, Excel or SPSS
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Report to the Analysis Team Manager and work closely with the team’s coordinator and seniors
  • Align closely with the global Project Execution Team (PET) as part of the same functional management
  • Support optimizations and improvement in the existing processes
  • Supports the team Associate positions in their daily work
  • Assist in related team training, knowledge sharing and documentation initiatives

You have:

  • Good understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies
  • Practical knowledge in at least one programming language such as SQL, R or similar tools
  • Familiarity with various debugging techniques to address coding issues and optimize performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent level of English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in the field of data analysis
  • University (Bachelor or Master) degree
  • Work experience as data analyst, business analyst or similar position will be considered as advantage (Optional)
  • Practical experience with SPSS and/or Python (Optional)
  • Experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint (Optional)
