Job Description
You will:
- Supervise over the retention of documents, classification, completion, formal, as well as in scope of proper back up documentation
- Validate of correctness of data entry
- Filing accounting documents
- Participate on month end close (prepaid, accruals, reclasses) etc.
- Liaise with employees and other internal stakeholders
- Provide with other accounting ad hoc activity requested by management
You have:
- At least 1 year working experience on Junior Accountant position in international company
- Basic knowledge of accounting regulations and processes in a company
- Basic knowledge of statutory accounting requirements and knowledge of local taxation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, Tagetik, and ERP e.g. SAP is preferable
- Language skill – English (writing and speaking) - daily cooperation with BPO / SSC in India
- Experience in cooperation with BPO / SSC would be beneficial
- Eager to learn- fast learner
