Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Our HR Services area sees itself as a modern main support function.
In your role as HR Services Specialist , you will provide operational support as a competent contact person for payroll related questions including absences - and thus contribute to HR management at GfK.
As part of a motivated and dedicated team of HR professionals, you will shape HR work.
You will:
Support managers and employees in operational HR processes
Solve challenges in the field of HR support
Ensure the success of HR processes in HRIS Workday and provide support in projects
Maintain HR master data
Manage all payroll activities and answer questions regarding salary, social security, working hours, vacation, maternity leave, parental leave.
Check special cases regarding to tax and social security relevance
Be in close coordination and positive collaboration with our Business Partners to round off your responsibilities
Report to Team Leader HR Services Hub.
You are a committed personality and are characterized by an organized way of working. You organize your responsibilities independently and maintain an overview. Enjoying teamwork and dealing with people round off your profile.
You have:
Several years of professional experience in payroll and absence management
1+ years of experience in HR Shared Services Hub
Knowledge of labor and social law for Switzerland/Austria
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Advanced level in MS excel (can perform complex functions)
Workday knowledge is an advantage
