  • Lead delivery and governance of a global Tracking Program across two sub-programs Incidence Tracker and Consumer Tracker
  • Heading HubCoordination colleagues to run & orchestrate a multinational, large scale CMI tracking program
  • Ensure high quality delivery to client on all levels of the client organization, i.e. global HQ and local markets
  • Lead design of additional bespoke Ad hoc solutions as requested by client
  • Manage and organize day to day operations across business functions, leading cross-functional teams during execution of E2E processes
  • Addressing high complexity given coverage of up to 80 countries
  • Driving business resource requirements, detailed timelines & risk assessments at all project steps and program levels
  • Coordination of various stakeholders involved (Commercial, Solutions, Operations, Tech, Finance, Hubs)
  • Acting as interface between client HQ, regions, countries and internal
  • Owner of quality control and improvement measures, quality KPI tracking
  • Coordination of teams to develop improvements for company's program
  • Receiver of escalations within the project, driving actions & mitigation
  • Owner of regional/global insights generation

Additional Job Description                                                                 

  • Lead GfK central project team and orchestrate local GfK client servicing hubs
  • Dispatch workflow and country-level research specs to all parties involved
  • Together with HubCoordinators, consult client on sampling and methodological approach on country level
  • Supported by HubCoordinators, review and optimize master questionnaire for each sub-program in consultation with the client
  • Support and guide Operations in ongoing process optimization (incl. E2E platform)
  • Review and optimize automated reporting supported by internal teams and in consultation with clients
  • Enable GfK servicing hub teams to deliver on quality and on time
  • Maintain timelines of deliverables, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with all budgetary constraints
  • Consult client on tracking program outcome leveraging Marketing and Data Science to fulfill client’s demands and achieve project objectives

Now that you know what a Global Program Manager does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
•    Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology or equivalent experience
•    At least 6-9 years experience in international market research & consulting ideally within tobacco industry

•    Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate various tasks/workstreams on global scale
•    Methodological skills related to research and analytic projects
•    Good understanding of online and offline methodologies for data collection
•    Eagerness to learn, an open mindset & team spirit

•    Experience in managing & heading teams/direct reports
•    Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
•    Good presentation and communication skills
•    Very good German and English language skills
