Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mid-Level Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in conventional web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSPs, CSS styling, velocity. Additionally, the candidate having hands-on expertise in advanced front-end frameworks like Angular and ReactJS would be appreciated. The candidate's primary responsibility will be to contribute to the enhancement of user experience through innovative design implementations and seamless interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create visually appealing, intuitive, and high-performance web applications.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components and features using conventional technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSPs, CSS styling, velocity.
  • Leverage advanced front-end frameworks like Angular and ReactJS to build sophisticated and responsive user interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance and usability of existing web applications, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications, ensuring accurate translation of visual elements into functional user interfaces.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively apply this knowledge to improve development processes and user experiences.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and integration of new tools, libraries, and technologies to enhance the front-end development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSPs, CSS styling, velocity.
  • Strong expertise in at least one advanced front-end framework: Angular and/or ReactJS.
  • Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Experience with user-centric design and usability principles, with a focus on improving user experiences.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience with performance optimization and web security best practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies and server-side rendering is advantageous.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant front-end projects and contributions is a plus.
