Job Description

The Process Expert is responsible for various apps that enable us to process consumer panel data starting from data collection from our panelists to data delivery to our clients.

Reporting to our Process Director, also based in Nuremberg, the Process Expert main focus will be to support the Product Owners and to create, implement and improve globally harmonized processes as well as develop new systems and applications that help to process Consumer Panel Data.

You Will...
● Support Product Owners in their daily work
● Keep close contact with development teams as well as stakeholders

● Gather requirements from local and global teams
● Provide process concepts and documentations
● Follow project timetables and coordinate progress on projects with international teams
● Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
● Roll out a globally harmonized process landscape
● Monitor and measure KPIs post implementation to ensure product quality
● Develop process workflow and design in compliance with company requirements
● Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data
● Provide training on implemented processes if required / needed
● Work together in cross-functional and international teams
● Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices

You Have...
● Process and project management experience
● Fluency in English and German (spoken & written)
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to work within deadlines
● Experience in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum/ SAFe)
● Bachelor degree in Information Technology (preferable)
● Software development experience (preferable)
