Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a list of customers in different segments, acting as the main point of contact for these customers.
Project accountability: methodology, schedule, budget and client NPS.
Work with quantitative and qualitative studies.
Mainly methodologies: shopper, brand tracking, communication
Plan, price scopes and proposals
Format and proofread proposals (spelling, formatting, etc.)
Support in prospecting new customers.
Support and guide customers to properly use GfK information.
Ensure data quality and report delivery, meeting the agreed standard for each client. You must also propose and execute improvements to existing customer processes and reports.
Questionnaire validation, both in the structural and logical part
Conduct training sessions and present GfK research results to clients
Develop presentations, market analysis and recommendations, providing relevant insights that enable smarter business decisions and drive our partners' growth.
Ability to cross-reference and combine information, whether from project data, syndicated data or external data, creating insights and recommendations to customers
Works with the Legal Department in completing and signing MSAs, NDAs, etc.
Account and budget responsibility for each client

A Bachelor’s degree

Advanced level MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
