Job Description
In this demanding and fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Retail Data Analyst who will be part of Market Intelligence team, one of the most fast developing business line. At Market Intelligence we help our clients from tech & durables industry to understand the dynamics of their marketplace. Up-to-date retail sales data reveal how products are performing in the market – ongoing. In order to get in time, in quality & relevant data we need you to make the difference proving our client reliable data to sustain their business decisions.
Joining the team that works with top players in the retail, you will help our partners to adapt their business to actual challenges. You will be responsible with making significant contributions to proposals and delivering actionable insights to clients.

As a Retail Data Analyst, you will have following key accountabilities:
The role involves a very high level of data production, data processing and analysis
Providing all types of insight deliveries to clients
Producing high quality data reports using Excel, internal analysis tool and PowerPoint
Act as strategic partners to our clients
External
Ensures effective and efficient client servicing and onboarding of new customers.
Educates customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
Develop fact-based answers analysis to complex key business questions
Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients
Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value
Works closely with clients to develop use cases demonstrating value being provided to clients
Internal
Coordinate internal departments to meet deadline provided to partners
Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc. of other internal platforms and products as well as to OPS and other teams on non-platform issues to drive better partnership experience
Collaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignments

Now that we've introduced you to the position as Retail Data Analyst, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
Relevant working experience
Passion to become the tailor of detailed reports and always eager to improve them
Ideally 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics
Willing to develop towards consulting, market research, category management of durables or equivalent business units
Excellent (country language) and very good English language skills
Client-centric attitude delivering outstanding analyses translated via excellent communication skills
Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
University degree in either Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent knowledge of MSOffice, mainly Excel and Power Point
Dynamic and adaptive personality with a can-do attitude
