Our long history of quality and innovation has driven this success. We shape the present and the future with our corporate values - Smart, Relevant, Trusted - powered by Passion. Within and beyond market research, we offer a wide range of exciting career opportunities for students and graduates, as well as for experienced professionals. We look for self-motivated, collaborative and 'creative thinkers' who will thrive in a healthy performance culture. So if you share our drive to help shape markets and if you are looking to make a difference, GfK is the perfect place for you.
If you are starting your career with GfK, you can expect to be exposed to clients and challenging projects from your first day at work. It is also common that you would have the opportunity to interact with colleagues and teams in an international set up. If you are a more experienced professional, we will value the fresh perspective, knowledge and skills you bring to our team. You will be able to apply these at a local, regional and global level.
As a 'people company' investing in our most important asset, our people, is key. We are committed to providing you with opportunities to develop both professionally and personally through local, regional and global programs. This might include:
Depending on the position advertised, you can either use our online application form or send us an email containing your application. In both cases, please include a covering letter and your CV. If additional information is required, this is specified in the job posting.
Our recruiters will pre-screen all the CVs we receive and may call you to clarify any questions, or for a short phone interview. The time we need for this process depends on the number of applications we receive, however we will get back to you with a response as soon as possible.
Pre-selected candidates will be invited to one or, in some cases, two interviews. If possible these take place face-to-face, but may also take place online or over the phone. Our interviews are 'behavior based'. This means we will ask you questions about your experiences and evaluate your behavior in your responses, to help us determine if you're the right person for the job.
It is not only important for us to get to know you, but we will also to give you as many insights as possible into life at GfK. Please dare to ask us your questions - we are happy to answer them! In some cases, tests might be applied during the selection process. This depends on the position we're hiring for.
If both parties agree, we will finalize the contract and look forward to have you joining our team soon.
For us, recruiting does not end with the signature. Good 'onboarding' is important to us and from Day 1 at GfK we'll be there to support you!
