GfK appoints Neil Frackiewicz as Head of Retail UK, effective from 1 September 2019. Frackiewicz takes over from Michael McLaughlin, who was promoted earlier in the year to GfK’s Head of Retail Europe.
In his new position, Frackiewicz will ensure that GfK’s reporting services are delivering maximum value to retailers, and continue to deepen GfK’s understanding of each client’s unique characteristics, challenges and insight needs.
Speaking about the role, Frackiewicz comments, “Where we really stand out is in partnering with our clients to deliver solid analysis of what’s coming, and how each client can best position themselves to maximise their performance within changing market dynamics. By joining expertise with our clients, we help them understand where and how to move their business forward. For me, this role is all about listening to clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.”
Anthony Norman, Commercial Director UK, adds, “Neil’s unique experience in developing real partnerships and trust with clients is perfectly matched to our experienced and competitive UK market. He will be instrumental in deepening our individual client relationships to deliver service excellence.“
Prior to his new role, Frackiewicz was the senior Account Director for GfK Australia, working closely with brands including Canon, HP, Hisense, LG, Panasonic and Sony, as well as major retailers such as Harvey Norman.
