What it is

A quantitative and qualitative research solution for assessing in-store promotion and recommendation of manufacturer’s products over the competitive set.

How it works

We benchmark visibility, recommendation rates and sales staff advocacy of consumer products across a representative sample of retailers.   Using everyday shopper scenarios we measure each element of the in-store purchase journey through mystery shopping and then qualify the level of advocacy through assessor ratings and feedback.
