Job Description
Mission of the role:
As we continue to grow our company, we are also looking to grow our Western Europe recruitment team. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter, who can handle the fast-paced nature of recruitment within a growing global organisation. You will join a specialist team in providing end to end recruitment support working directly with your clients and stakeholders to maintain and improve our current recruitment processes.
You will…
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of vacancies from job advertising and sourcing, through interviewing, to offer
Provide an engaging and positive experience for every candidate during the whole recruitment process
Collaborate with local business, hiring managers and HR colleagues to fully understand resource requirements, role profiles and take detailed job briefs with emphasis on both technical & soft competencies
Effective use of all possible hiring channels– e.g. referrals , job portals, LinkedIn
Manage hiring manager's expectations, giving advice in line with the market feedback
Maintain relationships with all process involved parties
Collaborate with hiring managers to structure appropriate screening practices and interviews in line with specific role requirements
Liaise with preferred recruitment agencies and briefing them on current requirements
Recommend recruitment strategies to increase the candidate pipelines
Participate in any forms of recruitment activities e.g. collaboration with universities for campus recruitment, career fair and etc.
Contribute to efficiency and speed of recruitment process
Manage and maintain documentation and hiring trackers
Create robust screening tools (tech tests, whiteboard presentation, logical test etc.)
Help to organise and manage meetups and events
Support with onboarding coordination
Manage the invoicing (vendor) and payments related to TA if needed
Act as a point of contact for queries coming into HR and effectively liaising with team members and the business to provide comprehensive solutions
You have….
Self- starter and People-Person
Fluent in English and the respective local language
1-3 years talent acquisition/sourcing experience in a busy, international environment
Significant knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools and techniques ( ideally SmartRecruiters)
High level of drive, a self-starter who can deal with significant ambiguity
Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Pro-active approach, able to adapt to ambiguity
Strong stakeholder management experience
Located in Warsaw or Sofía
