Job Description
Responsibilities：
1、针对团队内或客户需求及公司业务发展策略主动进行资源拓展和储备，建立备用资源库（10%）；
2、负责新资源引入及费用谈判，与内部对接完成入库及合同签订及执行启动的衔接（60%）；
3、基于具体的业务需求进行成本核算及外包委托及费用结算（20%）；
4、现有资源管理，包含代理商信息管理/合同管理（10%）；
Requirements：
1、本科学历，6年及以上相关工作经验；
2、有供应商开发或采购类经验，具备基本供应商资质判断/商务谈判/合同审核等技能；
3、了解数据采集相关的方法技术/法律法规等优先；
4、有电子商务、社交媒体等线上数据采购经验者优先；
5、英语四级及以上，可适应英文读写；
6、熟练应用Excel/Word/PPT 等办公工具；
7、积极主动，抗压性强，善于跨团队沟通协作。
