Lindsay Herbert is the author of Digital Transformation, a Bloomsbury business book that has received international praise for its practical framework on how to drive major change through innovation at enterprise scale.
Her core message is that real digital transformation is about learning to become more adaptive to change itself. Success comes from the ability to react to the small and early signs of change, leveraging data, technology and new ways of working along the way. Lindsay is also an IBM Inventor and the Chief Innovation Officer for IBM Garage GBS where she advises the leaders of major companies on how to further their innovation agendas, as well as creating breakthrough technologies for IBM itself. Her most recent invention is the IBM Instant Checkout, a revolutionary innovation for retail. This ground-breaking technology has resulted in international media coverage, including BBC World News and a segment on BBC click. Lindsay is also a governor for the Museum of London, appointed by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to help inform the museum’s own digital transformation journey. She also co-chairs the BIMA Technology Council.

Shashi Seth is the GM & Senior Vice President of Oracle Marketing Cloud. Shashi brings over 20 years of experience in the internet industry, having worked at iconic brands like eBay, Google, YouTube, and Yahoo, along with many startups along the way.
Using this wealth of accumulated experiences, Shashi is chartered with transforming the Marketing Automation Industry at Oracle. He has been involved in Big Data, Machine Learning, Cloud, Algorithms, etc. since 2005, when he was the Product Lead for Google Search, and has lead teams that have solved a range of problems from personalization, whole page optimization, ranking, content recommendations, location targeting, and much more. He holds over 25 technology patents.
Since March 2017, Peter Feld serves as Chief Executive Officer of GfK SE, a leading market research company based in Nuremberg, Germany. Prior to joining GfK, Peter Feld was CEO of the WMF Group, the leading premium cookware and professional automatic coffee machine maker, from mid-2013 until December 2016.
Peter draws on more than twenty years of experience in leading positions building brands in renowned global consumer goods companies: During his time at Beiersdorf from 2010 to 2013, he was Executive Board Member, responsible for Europe and North America. From 2004 to 2010, he worked in different management positions for Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland and Germany, including Managing Director Consumer Healthcare Central Europe (2007-2010), General Manager Consumer Healthcare Switzerland (2006-2007) as well as General Manager of Greiter AG (2004- 2007). Peter started his career at Procter and Gamble in 1992 where he held different international management positions until 2004. He holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen. Peter served as a Vice President to the German Brand Association from 2007-2017.
Sean O’Neill has spent the past 20+ years at the intersection of commerce, consumer behaviour, and data-driven feedback loops. Sean is the Chief Product Officer of GfK and helps the world’s biggest brands run their businesses with confidence through AI-powered signal from noise.
Previously Sean has spent long cycles at Amazon, Tesco, Global Market Insite, and start-ups in building teams that build products that customers love. Sean holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and is a co-author of multiple patents. Outside of work Sean enjoys traveling with his family, painting, and dismantling things.

Antony Cousins has over 21+ years of PR, Media and tech experience. He countered Taliban propaganda for the MOD in Afghanistan in 2008, worked on counter-terrorism narratives at the Home Office in 2009 and spent time in the Middle East in 2010 duing the Arab Spring or ‘social media revolutions’ as they were called.
Since 2014 he’s been working in technology leadership roles in AI startups focused primarily on ML/NLP. He’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), previously chaired their London group and an accredited PR practitioner. He's currently CEO of Factmata which identifies and tracks harmful content and narratives online.

Warren Saunders joined GfK in the summer of 2018 as General Manager for Northern Europe. In 2020 he was appointed President - Global Sales, with overall responsibility for coordinating all aspects of GfK’s commercial engagement with customers worldwide.
Prior to GfK, Warren spent four years at Sony Electronics as Managing Director UK & Ireland within the Mobile Communications division. Notably, Warren has accumulated years of expertise across several Global Tech and IT businesses including Motorola, Infosys and Samsung Electronics where he was employed as Head of Sales from 2009 to 2014.
