Job Description

As part of the Recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be accountable for CVs screening, candidates' prescreening, scheduling interviews within the GfK’s network of countries in Europe.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be in close contact with Hiring Managers, candidates and the other team members from the European Regional Recruitment team.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Scheduling interviews having as a support the newest digital tools
  • Prescreening potential candidates
  • Proactively sourcing candidates in our ATS database and via social media channels (LinkedIn search etc.)
  • Conducting qualification and screening calls to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Providing feedback to candidates and recruitment agencies
  • Cooperating effectively with the other team members and support them in the recruitment process
  • Monitoring job boards and posting job ads
  • Supporting the team with invoice management when require

What skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

  • Passion for developing in the recruitment area
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR's role will be consider as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Fluency in both English and Bulgarian
  • Eligibility to work in the country is required
