Ist die Werbung effektiv und verkauft sie auch das beworbene Produkt? Eine der Fragen, die international im Bereich der Kommunikationsforschung beantwortet werden. Dazu nutzen wir unsere GfK-eigenen Instrumente, aber auch kundenspezifische Tracking Tools mit dessen Hilfe Werbeauftritte zeitnah und detailliert bewertet werden können. Daneben führen wir auch Marken- und Imagestudien durch, die Aussagen über Positionierung und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten geben.

Wir suchen einen engagierten und motivierten Specialist / Junior Consultant (m/w/d), der uns bei der Organisation und Durchführung von internationalen Marktforschungsstudien unterstützt. Folgendes Aufgabenspektrum erwartet Sie:

  • Koordination bei der Durchführung und beim Reporting internationaler Tracking-studien
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Werbespots im Team
  • Englische Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden sowie mit unseren internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Abstimmung der Trackingpläne mit den Kunden und Media Agenturen
  • Erstellung von Fragebögen
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in Europa und Asien
  • Abwicklung von Online Studien
  • Anforderung und Bearbeitung von Daten, Excel Reports und Präsentationen
  • Terminkoordination und –überwachung in Zusammenarbeit mit GfK Partnern

Ihr Profil:        

Sie bearbeiten die Communication-Streams effektiv, haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und sind neugierig auf Marktforschungsfragen rund um Werbung und Marke. Durch Ihre eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sind Sie eine echte Unterstützung und Entlastung für die Projektleitung. Sie sind sorgfältig und organisationsstark, verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und haben Freude an der internationalen Projektarbeit. Folgende fachlichen Voraussetzungen runden Ihr Profil ab:

  • Bachelor oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Office Management (vorzugsweise in der Marktforschung) , bei Einstieg als Specialist mind. 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute bis fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

Die Position ist für 24 Monate wegen Elternzeitvertretung befristet.

Flexible Arbeitszeit und Home Office sind auch möglich.

Is the advertising effective and does it also sell the advertised product? This is one of the questions that is answered internationally in the field of communication research. For this purpose, we use our own GfK instruments, but also client-specific tracking tools with the help of which advertising appearances can be evaluated promptly and in detail. We also carry out brand and image studies that provide information on positioning and development opportunities.

We are looking for a committed and motivated Specialist / Junior Consultant (m/f/d) to support us in the organisation and implementation of international market research studies. The following range of tasks awaits you:

  • Coordination of the implementation and reporting of international tracking studies
  • Analysis and evaluation of commercials in the team 
  • Correspondence in English with our clients as well as with our internal and external service providers
  • Coordination of tracking plans with clients and media agencies
  • Creation of questionnaires
  • International cooperation with colleagues in Europe and Asia
  • Handling online studies
  • Requesting and processing data, Excel reports and presentations 
  • Coordinating and monitoring deadlines in cooperation with GfK partners

Your profile:         

You edit the communication streams effectively and you enjoy working with numbers and are curious about market research questions around advertising and brand. Your independent and responsible way of working makes you a real support and relief for the project management. You are meticulous and strong in organisation, have a quick grasp of things and enjoy international project work. The following professional requirements round off your profile:

  • Bachelor or completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in office management (preferably in market research), at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience if you are joining us as a specialist.
  • Very good to fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

The position is limited for 24 months due to parental leave replacement.

Flexible working hours and home office are also possible.
