Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Science Platform
GfK has recently launched gfknewron - a new platform that provides our clients with a single access point to brand, market and consumer intelligence, enhanced with data science insights and recommendations.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with the Science Platform team to help our data scientists and engineers to rapidly develop data science, especially machine learning, products to answer real customer needs and key business questions.
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Science Platform and related initiatives.
Collaborate with technology counterparts to prioritize needs around tools and resources which enable engineers and data scientists to do their job better and more efficiently.
Effectively translate business needs and internal customer requirements (eg. Data Science team) into product requirements.
Manage the prioritization and tradeoffs of different initiatives and communicating the status to the organization.
Contribute to setting product OKRs and KPIs in order to help reach key milestones.
Requirements & Experience
Experience in cloud-based (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure) Machine Learning or Data Science products.
Good understanding of data science processes and lifecycle, including ETL (data pipelines), feature store and model development, deployment and monitoring.
Experience with MLOps platforms GCP Vertex AI (preferred), AWS Sagemaker or Azure ML, and understanding of MLOps lifecycle in practice
Ability to balance business priorities with technical realities and development resources.
Ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Extremely strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to detailed execution.
