Job Description

Als Retail Coordinator haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:

Innerhalb der lokalen Retail Product Area (Detailhandel in der Schweiz, Instant Market Knowledge, Shopping Center):

  • Eröffnen und Verwalten von Opportunities in SF, Führen von Bestelllisten, Rechnungsstellung, Versand
  • Anlegen und Verwalten des Zugangs zur Online-Plattform www.detailhandel-schweiz.ch
  • Anlegen/Ändern von Händleradressen, Ansprechpartnern, etc. in SF
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Händleranfragen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der jährlichen Dokumentation "Retail Switzerland".
  • Zentralkartei: Ansprechpartnerin für Kunden-/Mieteranfragen (1st Level Support), Koordination mit Agentur (2nd Level Support)

Innerhalb von Retail Recruiting/Retail Service Area:

  • Selbstständige Koordination der Prozesse zur Einführung neuer Händler (Ops/Retail-Seite)
  • Führen von Controlling-Listen, Dokumentenablage
  • Retail Services für kleinere C-Retailer, Pflege/Ausbau der Beziehungen und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Datenlieferungen

Da Sie nun wissen, was ein Retail Coordinator macht, welche Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen benötigen Sie?

  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
  • Französisch wäre von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • CRM: Salesforce - ein Vorteil
  • Affinität für Zahlen und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Datenauswertung
  • Systemaffinität, technisches Verständnis (ERP-Systeme/interfaces) - von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Management von Handelspartnern - von Vorteil


As a Retail Coordinator you will have the following key accountabilities:

Within local Retail Product Area (retail trade in Switzerland, center index, instant market knowledge, shopping center):

  • Open and manage opportunities in SF , keeping order lists, invoicing, shipping

  • Create and manage access of the online platform www.detailhandel-schweiz.ch

  • Creating/changing retailer addresses, contact partners, etc. in SF

  • Correspondence with customers, retailer inquiries

  • Participation in the creation of the annual "Retail Switzerland" documentation

  • Center index: contact person for customer/tenant inquiries (1st level support), coordination with agency (2nd level support)

Within Retail Recruiting/Retail Service Area

  • Independent coordination of the processes for implementing new retailers (ops/retail side)

  • Keeping controlling lists, document filing

  • Retail Services for smaller C-retailers, maintain/expand relationships and ensure the quality of data deliveries

Now that you know what a Retail Coordinator does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?

  • Excellent written and oral language skills in German

  • Very good oral and written knowledge of English

  • French would be considered as an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • CRM: Salesforce - an advantage

  • Flair with numbers and analytical skills for evaluating data

  • System affinity, technical understanding (ERP systems/interfaces) - an advantage

  • Experience in management of retails partners - an advantage
