For our global Product & Innovation organisation we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive innovations in our Media Measurement team.

Lead and guide a team of product managers with dedicated responsibility for our TV, radio, digital and cross media measurement solutions
Be close to our global and local media industry clients incl. Joint industry committees, broadcasters, publishers and agencies. Understand different client personas within that industry and their Jobs-To-Be-Done
Formulate & present strategy for your product area
Drive the product roadmap across various tech-driven measurement solutions, be able to prioritise and be capable to say "no"
Apply the OKR framework, track results, suggest and mange counter measures if key results are on risk to be failed
Tight interaction/ steering of stakeholders across different disciplines like tech, commercial, operations, science + external vendors
Convert different stakeholder requirements into tangible product improvements
Explore competitor activities and oversea market trends and user research
Your experience typically includes:
Work within a Joint Industry association, a media measurement company, a media agency/consultancy or an ad tech company for more than 5 years.
Work in Product Management or related functions for at least 3 years.
Experience in cross media user-centric measurement, its challenges and innovative design of broader data integration e.g. with RPD or OTT sources.
Able to develop product area strategy, set clear objectives and deliver on quarterly key results.
Broad & deep understanding of user research/ design thinking/ MVP concept/ BPM.
Authentic team lead with strong strive for delivery on the roadmap.
Excellent presentation, influencing and consultancy skills, feeling comfortable in front of a top management audience.
Analytical when it comes to data, creative when it comes to design.
Agile mindset and work style.
High proficiency in Business English, German helpful but not a must.
Experienced user of Confluence/JIRA, Aha!, Tableau, Office365, Media planning/ optimisation and Business intelligence tools.
