Vi leder efter en ny kollega til vores Consumer Panel-team i Norden, der er ansvarlig for at opretholde, etablere og udvikle kundeforhold i hele Danmark og Sverige.

I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for lokale, regionale og multinationale kunder (både producenter og kæder) på dagligvaremarkedet, og sikre, at dit arbejde har indflydelse på deres forretning. Som en kundecentreret partner vil det være kernen i jobbet at forstå dine kunders behov. Nogle gange bliver du nødt til at vove dig fremad, men altid ved siden af ​​dine kunder.

Rollen byder på en spændende blanding af analyser, kundesparring og professionel rådgivning og ny biz. Det vil kræve erfaring fra lignende opgaver, enten fra et bureau eller fra kundesiden. Vi forventer ikke, at du ved det hele den første dag. I stedet forventer vi, at du er en holdspiller og slutter dig til vores team med et åbent sind og ivrig efter at lære mere.

Primære arbejdsområder:

-        Styre en portefølje af kunder - nogle alene og andre med teamet

-        Drive og generere salg og udvikle ny biz og vækst af eksisterende kunder

-        Implementere løsninger på tværs af discipliner, for at opnå bedre indsigter (eksternt og internt)

-        Levere fremragende konsulent tjenester og rådgivende ”story telling” med handlingsbar indsigt

-        Inkludere feedback fra kunder i fremtidige løsninger og skabe innovation

-        Teamspiller, der arbejder med og støtter andre konsulenter for at levere løsninger og præsentationer til kunder

 

Din profil:

Vi leder efter en energisk personlighed med et højt niveau af engagement og dynamik, der skubber tingene fremad og ser ud over horisonten. Du har stærkt salgs- og kundefokus med gode kommunikationsevner og forhandlingsevner. Med fremragende analytiske færdigheder er du i stand til at forstå og forbinde en bred vifte af forskelligartet information, og du kan udarbejde og formidle præsentationer af komplekse data i sammenhæng med kundernes behov.

Dette er en position på mellemniveau, og derfor er erfaring på mindst 7 år inden for research, marketing, salg eller rådgivning, og gerne inden for detailhandel eller FMCG-sektoren, en fordel.

For at understøtte analysen af ​​kundedata skal du have være superbruger i Excel og PowerPoint. Erfaring med at arbejde med databaser foretrækkes.

Du skal ud over dansk (og evt. svensk) kunne kommunikere effektivt på engelsk.

Stillingen er baseret i København.

We are looking for a new member to our Consumer Panel team in the Nordics, responsible for maintaining, establishing and developing client relationships across Denmark and Sweden.

The Senior Market Consultant - Team Lead will be responsible for local, regional and multinational accounts and making sure their work is impactful for their business. As a client-centric partner, understanding your clients’ needs will be the core of what you do. Sometimes you will need to venture ahead but always at the side of your clients.

The role offers an exciting mix of analytics, client sparring and professional advising and new business development. It will require experience from similar tasks in the past either from an agency or from the client side. We don’t expect you to know it all the first day. Instead, we expect you to be a team player and join our team with an open mind and eager to learn more.

Key activities:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 consultants
  • Manage a portfolio of clients – some on your own and some as part of a team
  • Implement and manage solutions across disciplines for better insights (external & internal)
  • Deliver outstanding client consultancy and consultative story telling with actionable insights
  • Feedback client requirements to support future solutions and drive innovation
  • Team player, working with and supporting other consultants to deliver the identified solutions and presentations to clients
  • Drive new biz and growth of existing accounts

Requirements:

​We are looking for an energetic personality with a high level of engagement and dynamics who pushes things forward and looks beyond the horizon. You have strong sales and client focus with good communication skills and can easily integrate into our Nordic team. With excellent analytical skills, you are able to understand and connect a wide range of diverse information. To support the analysis of client data you should have excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working with databases is preferred.

This is mid-senior position and therefore experience of at least 7 years in the field of research, marketing, sales or consulting preferred within the FMCG or retail sector. You should have excellent presentation skills to deliver short and concise presentation of complex facts as well as strong negotiation skills.

The position is based in Copenhagen. The ability to communicate effectively in Danish and English is needed.
