Job Description

Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung im Bereich Consumer Panel im Client Service Team für den Standort Wien.  

In der kontinuierlichen Konsumentenforschung erheben und analysieren wir das Einkaufsverhalten der Konsumenten. Dies liefert uns wichtige Informationen darüber, welche Kaufentscheidungen die Konsumenten treffen und wie sich ihr Verhalten im Laufe der Zeit verändert. Das Konsumentenpanel erklärt also, wie und wann sich Märkte und Marken verändern. Kombiniert mit anderen Marktforschungsmethoden aus dem Ad-hoc-Bereich erstellen wir kundenspezifische und innovative Beratungskonzepte für FMCG-Hersteller und Handelsunternehmen. Unser Portfolio umfasst Analysekonzepte rund um den Shopper, seine Shopper Journey und seine Aktivierungsmöglichkeiten sowie Informationen rund um den Endverbraucher.

IHR PROFIL

• Akademische Ausbildung oder spezifische Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marktforschung/Marketing oder Beratung, idealerweise in der Konsumgüterbranche
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Ihr Arbeitsstil ist selbständig und proaktiv, Ihre Persönlichkeit ist geprägt von Teamgeist und einem offenen Auftreten
• Sie haben den Ehrgeiz, sich im Rahmen einer langfristigen beruflichen Tätigkeit fundiertes Markt- und Beratungs-Know-how in hochinteressanten Branchen aufzubauen
• Wir erwarten, dass Sie MS Office beherrschen und perfekt Englisch sprechen

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Unterstützung bei der Kundenberatung und dem Vertrieb von Marktforschungsstudien im Bereich Consumer Panels (Konsumgütermärkte / FMCG)
• Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung, Studienkonzeption, Projektmanagement, Datenanalyse und -interpretation, Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
• Business Development, Kundenbeziehungsmanagement, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in Richtung Key Account Management
• Wir bieten Ihnen mit dieser Position eine abwechslungsreiche, herausfordernde und ideale Möglichkeit, in ein äußerst interessantes Beratungsfeld einzusteigen und damit langfristig eine fundierte berufliche Karriere aufzubauen. 

Das Bruttojahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens EUR 35.000,- (KV für Werbung und Marktkommunikation) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
