GfK is revolutionizing real-time access to critical knowledge with an always-on, AI-powered intelligence platform for the consumer products industry. As Global Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) you will play an integral part to ensure a smooth delivery of global campaigns and marketing programs that stretch across different markets, products and solutions. Setting up campaigns, emails, workflows and forms while collaborating with cross-functionals teams and external partners, the Global Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) will drive optimal campaign impact and a fast go to market. The successful candidate will have solid digital marketing and campaign management experience within a B2B business, preferably in the Tech & Data or Consumer industries and have significant hands on experience using marketing automation software like HubSpot.
Support of global and regional campaigns by creating emails, landing pages, workflows, mailing lists and dynamic content as well as campaign dashboards
Consult marketing teams with best practices around campaign management, preparation, execution and measurement.
Close teamwork with the Global Marketing Automation Manager to implement campaign customer journeys and lead funnels
Help drive a personalized marketing approach across all marketing teams
Collaborate closely with campaign and program managers to ensure the right processes, tools and tickets are leveraged for fast realization of campaigns
Understand the cross-channel approach to create a consistent and state-of-the art digital experience for GfK customers
Conceptional creation of customer journeys and workflows
Track and monitor the performance of campaigns, suggest improvements to drive optimization
Drive adoption of automation, personalization concepts and scalability
Understand the end-to-end process (prospect to MQL / SQL / Opportunity / Deal) as well as lead management through the marketing funnel to help implement designed processes
Host and moderate calls to collaborate with multiple stakeholders for campaign projects
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. Master level is a plus
3+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing, campaign management and marketing automation
Demonstrated knowledge of the digital campaign end-to-end process
Strong experience with a marketing automation software like HubSpot, Marketo or other Marketing Cloud platforms (ideally HubSpot).
Preferably experience in B2B business, ideally in the of Tech & Data or Consumer industry.
Organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.
Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects and tasks with frequent interruptions while maintaining flexibility and composure.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
Possess a positive attitude in conjunction with excellent communication skills
Comfortable interacting with project managers and senior managers of various centers of excellence
Proactive problem-solving skills that lead to innovative thinking and resolutions
Positive personality and motivational people skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent English speaking and writing abilities, German is a plus but not a must
Ability to work in an international, transforming and complex matrix organization
