Job Description
As a Process Implementation Project Manager, you will have the following key accountabilities:
Follow project timetables and coordinate progress on projects with international teams and stakeholders
Setup and perform different projects on different countries
Gather requirements from local and global teams and roll out a globally harmonized process landscape
Monitor and measure KPIs post implementation to ensure product quality
Develop process workflow and design in compliance with company requirements
Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
Provide trainings on implemented processes if required / needed
Provide process concepts and documentations
Work together in cross-functional and international teams
Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness

You are a personality with strong oral and written communication skills. We work in a highly collaborative global environment. You have the following professional requirements:
Strategy and process development experience in an international environment
Change management experience
Process and project management experience
Fluency in English and German (spoken & written)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work within deadlines
Bachelor degree in Information Technology (advantage)
Software development experience (advantage)
