Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part Time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will be a part of South Africa Human Resources team. The HRBP will partner with internal clients to build and execute HR strategies that enable the business’ growth plans.
This is a true business partner role providing an opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, providing human resources expertise in the areas of coaching/development, organizational design, succession planning, talent assessment and development, compensation, employee relations, and much more. You will be embedded with the business and will work closely with its leadership team on organizational and people related issues. You will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within the organization.
The successful candidate will display a depth of understanding of and passion for partnering strategically with their business leaders. We are looking for Human Resources professionals who can diagnose problems, identify appropriate solutions, influence the business leaders with data-driven recommendations, and drive change.
