Job Description

As a (Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) in the Beverages division, you are the point of contact for questions relating to market research, marketing, shopper marketing, category management and sales.

As a (Junior) Consultant Consumer Panel, you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Management and consulting of a defined set of clients
  • Creation of proposals for our customers, based on existing rate cards
  • (Partial) presentation of analysis results (online and onsite at the client)
  • Independent internal organization of fulfilling the client needs (e.g. ‘translating’ client briefings in adequate analytical solutions)
  • Optimization of internal work processes in coordination with the Line Manager
  • Analysis of panel data including summaries and recommendations for the client

You have a personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who has a feeling for consumer goods markets and thinks and acts in a client-oriented mindset. You are committed, think analytically and would like to contribute with your enthusiasm to our team.

  • University degree (in economics / social sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing)
  • Ideally first relevant professional experience in market research, marketing or sales
  • Strong analytical skills
  • presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Experience with AnalyzeIT & SimIT is considered an advantage


Als Junior Consultant (m/f/d) im Bereich Beverages sind Sie als Ansprechpartner für Fragen aus der Marktforschung, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management und Vertrieb verantwortlich.

Als (Junior) Consultant Consumer Panel umfasst ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung eines definierten Kundenstamms
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Kunden auf Basis vorliegender Ratecards
  • (Teil-)Präsentation der Analyseergebnisse beim Kunden
  • Eigenständige Organisation der internen Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen (z.B. Briefings in adäquate Analyselösungen „übersetzen“)
  • Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe in Abstimmung mit den Führungskräften
  • Verantwortliche Analyse der Paneldaten, Schlussfolgerungen und Empfehlungen für den Kunden, Umsetzung in eine Präsentation

Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Marktforschung, Marketing/Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Skills
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung mit AnalyzeIT & SimIT wünschenswert
